Experience a weekend of events featuring Spanish wine. This tasty event connects St. Augustine to our city’s Spanish heritage through a series of special events that feature Spanish wine, cuisine…
It’s all about Spanish wine, cuisine and culture in the Nation’s Oldest City.
If you’re going to celebrate Spanish culture, there’s no better place to do it than in St. Augustine. With a history that dates back to its founding by Don Pedro Menendez de Aviles in 1565 and the arrival of its first Spanish settlers, the ancient city today continues to attract foodies, history buffs and cultural enthusiasts of all things Spanish. The St. Augustine Spanish Food & Wine Festival is the perfect opportunity to enjoy them all with wine, tapas and spirits.
The festival is a series of special events taking place over a weekend where visitors and the St. Augustine community share memorable experiences over food and wine, while raising money for local charities—more than $380,000 donated to date. This year’s beneficiary is the Hospitality & Tourism Management Program at Flagler College, named for the father of Florida tourism, Henry Morrison Flagler.
