The Magnolia Room is the newest addition to Florida’s First Coast, situated in the heart of the Oldest City’s most historic property, Ponce de Leon’s Fountain of Youth. Since 1868, we have welcomed millions of eager guests down picturesque Magnolia Avenue to experience the magic that resides in this special place. We now welcome you to experience our magic on a much more intimate level.

The original structure was built in 2012 as an “Old Florida” style open-air pavilion. In the summer of 2018, renovations began to completely enclose and modernize the space. The renovations were completed later that fall with new faux ceramic tile floors, ceiling height windows, retractable bay doors, and A/C. The end product has quickly become St. Augustine’s premier special event destination.

When you fall in love with The Magnolia Room and Fountain of Youth, you and your guests will get private access to the most beautiful 15 acres in St. Augustine to fully personalize your wedding day. With no shortage of stunning photo backdrops, choose the ideal setting for your ceremony and cocktail hour. Options include The Peacock Garden, The Timucuan Village, The Navigator’s Courtyard, The Spanish Mission, The Founder’s Pier, or anywhere else along our sprawling waterfront. As an added bonus, The Spring House will be left open during cocktail hour so everyone will be able to drink from the legendary Fountain of Youth.
