Overview
Join the Night of Lights opening weekend for a special Sound Bath Yoga Healing Event, "Finding the Light Within." This magical experience invites participants to immerse themselves in nature, connect with the rich history of Old Saint Augustine, and welcome healing through yoga and sound therapy on the oldest street in America. The $45 event includes slow flow yoga, sound therapy, Reiki healing, aromatherapy, Yoga Nidra, and guided meditation. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own beach towel or yoga mat and a water bottle.
